HASANUDDIN is a general civil litigator with vast experience in various areas of the law. A graduate of Legal Law Bachelor (LLB Hons, 2012) and Diploma in Law & Administrative of Islamic Judiciary (DAIJ, 2012) from National University of Malaysia (UKM) and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2013. Regularly seen in the Subordinate Courts, High Court of Malaya, Appellate Courts of Malaysia and Syariah Court of Malaysia.
He also represents clients engaged in arbitration and tribunal proceedings.Hasanuddin specialises in matters pertaining to judicial review, land disputes, construction, defamation, contracts, negligence and employment law. He also specialises in various areas of company law.
In addition to his expertise in civil litigation, he is not a stranger in Syariah Court of Malaysia. He specialises in divorce (talaq, fasakh, khul’, ta’liq, li’an), maintenance of wife and children, hadhanah (custody of children), matrimonial property, polygamy and khalwat.
SYAZWANI graduated from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with Legal Law Bachelor (LLB Hons, 2016) and Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DSLP, 2018).
She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2017 and admitted as Syarie Counsel in 2018.
She is a full-time litigator, represents clients in contested and non-contested matters in Subordinate Courts, High Court of Malaya and Syariah Court of Malaysia.
GHAZALI graduated with Legal Law Bachelor (LLB Hons, 2015) and Diploma in Law and Administration of Islamic Judiciary (DAIJ, 2015) from National University Malaysia (UKM). He was called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted to the roll of Advocates and Solicitors in 2016. In addition, he is also a Syarie Counsel since 2017. He is actively litigating in Subordinate Courts, High Court of Malaya and Syariah Court of Malaysia.
Ghazali specialises in defamation, land disputes, employment law, contracts and bankruptcy law. He also specialises in injunction, child custody disputes (civil) and Islamic banking.
In the area of syariah law, he specialises in divorce (talaq, fasakh, khul’, ta’liq, li’an), maintenance of wife and children, hadhanah (custody of children), matrimonial property, polygamy and khalwat.
SARAH graduated with Bachelor of Islamic Studies (Syariah) with Honours from National University of Malaysia (UKM) in 2016 and Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law and Practice (DSLP, 2017) from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She was admitted as Syarie Counsel in 2018 and regularly seen in the Syariah Court of Malaysia.
As a Syarie Counsel, she appears regularly in matters involving divorce (talaq, fasakh, khul’, ta’liq, li’an), maintenance of wife and children, hadhanah (custody of children), matrimonial property, polygamy and khalwat. She is also an expert in administration of Muslim estates and Islamic Inheritance Law such as Hibah, Faraid and Will.
MUHD FADZIL holds a Bachelor of Syaria with Honours from Muktah University of Jordan (2013), Master of Syaria from National University of Malaysia (UKM) (2017) and Postgraduate Diploma in Syariah Law & Practice from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) (2018).
He was admitted as Syarie Counsel in 2018 and has appeared in Syariah Court of Malaysia numerous times in matters involving divorce (talaq, fasakh, khulu’, ta’liq, li’an), maintenance of wife and children, hadhanah (custody of chidren), registration of marriage solemnized outside of Malaysia, matrimonial property, and polygamy. Muhd Fadzil is also an expert in administration of Muslim estates and Islamic Inheritance Law such as wasiat (will), hibah, faraid and waqf.
Ms Farhana Afiqah graduated with Bachelor of Shariah and Laws with Honours from Islamic Science University of Malaysia (USIM) in 2016 and also finish up her Postgraduate Diploma in Judiciary and Advocatory Practice(DIJAP) in the same university in 2017.
She admitted as Syarie Counsel in 2017 and in the area of Syariah Law,she specialises in matters pertaining to Criminal, divorce,custody of children and maintenance of children. Ms Farhana Afiqah currently finishing her chambering in this firm.
Mr Aiman Hakim graduated with Bachelor of Shariah with Laws (Hons) from International Islamic University College Selangor (IIUCS) in 2021 and Postgraduate Diploma in Judical Practice and Syarie Law from Sultan Azlan Shah University (USAS) in 2022.
He was admitted as Syarie Counsel in 2023 at Perak State Shariah Court. He appeared in Syariah Court by involving himself in the divorce case (talak, fasakh, khulu`, ta`liq, li`an), maintenance of wife and children, hadhanah (custody of children), matrimonial property and islamic inheritance law.
Mr Muhammad Syafiq graduated with Bachelor of Shariah with Law (Honour) from International Islamic University College Selangor (KUIS) in 2021 and Postgraduate Diploma Islamic Judiciary and Legal (DKGS) from Universiti Sultan Azlan Shah (USAS) in 2022.
He was admitted as Sharie Counsel in 2023 and usually appeared in Shariah Court in matters involving divorce, custody of children, maintenance of wife and children and Islamic inheritance Law.
Mr Mohamad Fitri graduated with Bachelor In Islamic Studies (Shariah) with Honors from Sultan Zainal Abidin University (UniSZA) in 2021, Postgraduate Diploma in Judical Practice and Syarie Law from Sultan Azlan Shah University (USAS) in 2022 and commissioned as Professional Mediator by The Accord Group Of Sydney, Australia in 2022.
He was admitted as Syarie Counsel in 2022 at Perak State Shariah Court. He appeared in Syariah Court by involving himself in the divorce case (talak, fasakh, khulu`, ta`liq, li`an), maintenance of wife and children, hadhanah (custody of children), matrimonial property and islamic inheritance law.
Ms. Syairah Atiqah Binti Mustaffa Bakri graduated with Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2020.
She has completed her pupillage and was called to the Bar and admitted to the roll as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2021. She specializes in matter pertaining to personal injury claims and civil litigation.
